Our Comprehensive Training
A 4-step approach to training franchisees:
1. Pre-training
This 20-hour orientation training begins upon receipt of signing your Franchise Agreement and includes pre-opening manuals with details and dates for ongoing training.
2. Initial corporate training
22-hour intensive training that covers curriculum delivery, business operations, and marketing strategies. You'll practice teaching our programs, understand our systems and meet the home office team.
3. Post-training
30+ hours of additional training delivered remotely to focus on areas that include staff hiring, inventory management, marketing implementation, and customer service protocols.
4. Ongoing training
Complete access to our support database, curriculum manuals with lesson plans, and training videos for all activities and key curriculum areas, with new videos added as we release additional programs.
